vCard Generator

By using vCard Generator, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We provide a digital contact card (VCF/vCard) generation service that emails you the file after secure payment.

1. Service Description

We generate personalized VCF files based on the information you submit. The service is provided on an “as-is” basis. We do not guarantee that every contact application will parse custom fields the same way, and you should test the file before mass distribution.

2. Payments & Withdrawal

All payments are processed through Stripe. Because you request immediate delivery of a customized digital file, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal ends once the VCF is generated and sent. This follows Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive for digital goods supplied immediately.

If a technical problem prevents delivery, contact support@vcard.cheap and we will resend the file or issue a refund when required by law.

3. Acceptable Use

• Only submit information you have the right to share.
• Do not include illegal, harmful, or discriminatory content.
• Do not attempt to use the service for phishing, spam, or other malicious behavior.

4. Data Handling

We keep your contact details only long enough to generate and email the VCF file. The information is deleted automatically afterward, and payment data never touches our servers (Stripe handles it). See the Privacy Policy for more detail.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the generated contact cards. If you are a consumer in the EU, these terms do not limit any mandatory statutory protections.
